We are looking for Collection Partner at Oromoney !

Collection Partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end interest collection and Gold

Loan Renewal process through telecalling. This role requires empathetic yet effective

communication to facilitate timely repayment & Gold Loan renewals from borrowers,

maintain portfolio health, and uphold the organization's customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

●​ Conduct outbound calls to borrowers with pre-renewal buckets and penal buckets -

loan accounts and follow up for timely renewals through Oro Money App.

●​ Handle inbound queries from customers related to loan outstanding, interest

calculations, and repayment schedules and Gold Loan renewals.

●​ Educate customers on principal and interest components, and outstanding dues and

renewal timelines.

●​ Ensure all loans are renewed before loan turning into NPA bucket

●​ Ensure NO loans turn into auction buckets.

●​ Negotiate repayment and loan renewals with customers in a professional and

compliant manner.

●​ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, commitments,

and follow-ups in the system and google sheets.

●​ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly renewal targets as assigned by the team lead.

●​ Coordinate with the operations and tech teams for account-related queries and

resolution.

●​ Ensure all collection & loan renewal activities are carried out in compliance with

regulatory guidelines and the company's code of conduct.

●​ Develop and maintain good and healthy relationships with existing customers.

●​ Customer experience will be top priority.

Eligibility & Qualifications

●​ Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

●​ Minimum 2 years of experience in loan collection / recovery in a bank or NBFC

(outbound tele calling preferred). Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in a

banking or financial services environment.

●​ Basic knowledge of principal, interest calculation, EMI structure, and loan account

statements.

●​ Proficiency in regional language ​Skills & Competencies

●​ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

●​ Ability to handle objections, negotiate diplomatically, and manage difficult

conversations.

●​ Basic numerical aptitude - ability to compute and explain interest and outstanding

amounts.

●​ Familiarity with MS Excel & Google Spreadsheets

●​ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.

●​ High level of integrity, empathy, and customer-centricity
