Collection Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Customers se outstanding / overdue payments collect karna (cash, cheque, online modes).
Daily follow-ups calls, visits aur reminders ke through.
Customers ko payment schedules, dues aur penalties samjhana.
Field visits karna defaulters ke address par.
Collection targets achieve karna as per company policy.
Payment receipts issue karna aur system me entry karna.
Collected amount ko same day / next working day branch me deposit karna.
Documentation & Reporting:
Daily collection reports aur visit logs maintain karna.
Customer interactions ka proper record rakhna.
Dispute ya payment issues ko supervisor/manager ko escalate karna.
Customer Handling & Compliance:
Professional aur polite manner me baat karna.
Company policies, RBI guidelines & legal norms follow karna.
Misbehavior, threats ya illegal practices se strictly bachna.
Customer relationship maintain karna aur recovery maximize karna.
Skills Required:
Good communication (local language + basic English).
Negotiation & convincing skills.
Basic computer/mobile app knowledge.
Two-wheeler & license (field role ke liye).
Pressure me kaam karne ki ability.
