Work Location: Within 50 km radius for boys; Hometown location for girls.

Job Overview:

L&T Finance is hiring dynamic and motivated candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive / Loan Recovery Agent. This is a field-based role involving customer interaction, loan sales, and collection/recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales Executive

Promote and sell financial products such as loans to customers.

Identify potential customers through field visits.

Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Loan Recovery Agent

Visit customers for collection of overdue loan payments.

Maintain proper documentation of collections.

Ensure recovery targets are achieved within timelines.

Follow company guidelines and compliance policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresher candidates can apply.

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork.

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred (if applicable).
