We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Company Name.
Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.
Conduct training on Debt Recovery (DRA) module as per RBI guidelines.
Train candidates in collection techniques, telecalling, customer handling & compliance.
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Requirements :
Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
Knowledge of RBI DRA rules.
Strong communication & training skills.
