Cluster Sales Manager – EV Two-Wheeler (B2B Partnerships)

We are looking for a high-ownership Cluster Sales Manager who can build, lead, and scale a strong sales team while driving strategic B2B partnerships in the EV mobility space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead your own sales team from scratch within the assigned cluster

• Drive B2B partnerships with companies like Porter, Rapido, Ekart, Amazon, and other last-mile players

• Own complete cluster revenue and growth targets

• Identify and close fleet deals, bulk orders, and long-term contracts

• Develop local market strategies to expand EV adoption and fleet presence

• Ensure strong team performance, training, and accountability

• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth deployment and retention of partners

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales / fleet / logistics / EV ecosystem

• Strong network in last-mile delivery companies or aggregator platforms

• Proven ability to build and manage teams

• High ownership mindset – someone who thinks like a business owner, not an employee
