The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Claim Handling & Coordination
• Register new claims and verify policy coverage and claim eligibility
• Coordinate with policyholders, hospitals/garages, surveyors, TPAs, adjusters, and insurers
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of claim-related documents
• Monitor claim progress and follow up to avoid delays
• Scrutinize claim documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain proper records in claims management systems
Communication & Customer Support
• Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding claim status
• Respond to queries, escalations, and complaints professionally
• Provide claim updates and explain settlement decisions to customers
