About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales/CRM Executives to manage client relationships, generate sales leads, and convert prospects into buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1). Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
2). Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options.
3). Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and follow-ups to close deals.
4). Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data.
5). Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
6). Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
7). Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
8). Assist clients throughout the documentation and booking process.
Requirements:
1). Male or Female candidates preferred.
2). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/CRM (Freshers with strong communication may also apply, if needed).
3). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4). Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.
5). Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and market trends.
6). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
