Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced City Head / Team Leader to lead and manage insurance sales operations with a strong focus on the Motor Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have proven team handling experience, business development capability, and strong knowledge of insurance operations and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the city sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive growth and performance in the Motor Insurance segment.
Monitor team productivity and provide guidance for target achievement.
Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Track sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of overall experience in Motor Insurance (mandatory).
Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader / Team Handling experience (mandatory).
Education:
Graduation is mandatory.
Age Limit:
Maximum age: 39 years
