Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and dealers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell the company’s home appliances products effectively to meet sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure continuous business growth.
Conduct regular market visits for lead generation, product promotion, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and customer service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as per company objectives.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management.
Proven experience in home appliances sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of the dealer and distributor network in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Attractive salary package (₹25,000 – ₹30,000)
