Responsibility:
This is Feet on street role, where in one will be responsible for
• Client (Offline Courier Partners) Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new offline courier partners for Ekart's Dropship model, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free setup experience
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and improve key metrics such as revenue, share of wallet growth, and actual volumes versus planned targets.
• Sales Analytics: Sales Analytics to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and share of wallet
• Client Support & Performance Management: Address client queries promptly and manage overall performance to ensure satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Provide timely responses and effective solutions for real-time issues related to delivery, first-mile pickup, and escalations.
