The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's indirect sales strategy. You will recruit, onboard, and manage third-party partners (such as distributors, resellers, system integrators, or consultants) to expand market reach and drive sustained revenue growth.

Onboarding & Enablement: Train partners on product features, value propositions, and sales techniques so they can independently pitch and close deals. [1, 2]
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partner executives and sales teams, acting as the main point of contact. [1, 2]
Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Run joint pipeline reviews, forecast monthly/quarterly sales, and manage deal registrations to prevent channel conflicts. [1, 2]
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like partner-sourced revenue, active participation, and market share. [1, 2]
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales operations, and product development teams to provide partners with co-marketing materials, incentives, and technical supp
