We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager – B2B Sales to drive revenue growth for our Accounting & Taxation Services firm. In this role, you will lead B2B client acquisition, target mid-sized to large enterprises, build strategic partnerships, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. You will position our financial, corporate compliance, and tax strategy solutions to key decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Finance Directors, and Business Owners).

Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition

• Identify, target, and acquire B2B clients requiring outsourced accounting, CFO services, direct/indirect taxation, transfer pricing, and corporate audit solutions.

• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, lead generation, cold outreach, consultative pitch meetings, proposal creation, price negotiation, and contract closing.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Consultative Pitching & Solution Selling

• Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points in financial compliance, tax strategy, or operational accounting.

• Collaborate with internal tax experts, auditors, and accountants to customize service proposals.

• Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to C-suite executives and business owners.

Lead Generation & Account Strategy

• Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking events, referral programs, and email campaigns.

• Map key accounts, identify decision-makers, and develop strategic pursuit plans for high-value clients.

• Maintain complete account visibility and accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
