Job Description – Business Manager / Sales Manager

Operating as a marketplace with access to 55+ banks, NBFCs, and HFCs, we enable customers to compare and choose the best home loan offers on a single platform. The organization has a strong presence across North, West, and South India and is expanding rapidly.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Managers / Sales Managers from lending, BFSI, and fintech backgrounds. The role focuses on building channel partnerships, driving home loan sales, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential DSAs and channel partners from the open market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

• Provide day-to-day operational support to channel network

• Drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics

• Ensure smooth file login and faster loan processing

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution

Job Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Prior experience in NBFC/DSA, preferably in Home Loans / LAP

• Own conveyance and strong local market network preferred

• Fluency in regional language is an added advantage

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
