𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6+ months in Home Loan / LAP (Loan Against Property)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️ Identify & onboard potential DSAs and Channel Partners from the open market

✔️ Build and strengthen relationships with new & existing partners to achieve business targets

✔️ Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners

✔️ Drive monthly sales targets and track key business metrics

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

✔️ Strong sales, rapport-building & negotiation skills

✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Prior experience in NBFC & DSA, preferably in mortgages (Home Loan & LAP)

✔️ Own conveyance and strong local industry network preferred

✔️ Regional language fluency is an added advantage
