Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Initiatives Executive to drive business growth through field sales, lead generation, client acquisition and strategic business development initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients/partners, generating leads, converting prospects and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.

• Conduct field visits to meet and pitch potential clients, businesses and partners.

• Generate leads through direct visits, references, networking and local market research.

• Approach prospective clients and explain the company's products, services and business opportunities.

• Convert qualified leads into successful business partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand local market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales/business development targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution.

• Explore new areas, markets and channels for business expansion.

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, visits and business discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.

• Lead generation and field sales experience.

• Good knowledge of the local area/market.

• Ability to independently approach and meet new clients.

• Target-oriented and result-driven attitude.

• Basic understanding of sales funnels and follow-up processes.

• Comfortable with field work and regular client meetings.

• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and reporting skills.

• 12th Pass and above.

• Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in field sales, business development, B2B sales, merchant acquisition or lead generation.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for leads to be handed over. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with finding prospects, initiating conversations, conducting meetings, following up and closing business independently.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance.

Performance-based incentives may be provided based on business targets and conversions.
