We are looking for a Business Executive to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage an assigned territory/business unit.

• Act as a mini business owner for the assigned territory.

• Prepare and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP).

• Plan and deploy business strategies to achieve targets.

• Manage and develop distributor relationships.

• Ensure proper stock availability and distribution.

• Drive sales and resale performance.

• Monitor territory-wise sales, distribution and market performance.

• Ensure effective execution of company/distributor strategies.

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales/field team.

• Set targets and monitor team performance.

• Build team capability through coaching and development.

• Ensure accurate and timely business data and reporting.

• Analyze business data for effective decision-making.

• Monitor distributor profitability and operational efficiency.

• Identify business gaps and take corrective actions.

• Ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.

• Maintain strong coordination with distributors, teams and stakeholders.

• Take overall accountability for business unit performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
