Job Description – Business Development Officer (BDO)
Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Yavatmal
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for student admissions and institutional tie-ups.
Work towards achieving revenue and admission targets.
2. School Visits
Visit schools and educational institutions to introduce programs and build relationships with principals and teachers.
Coordinate and support seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in schools.
3. Home Visits
Conduct home visits with interested parents and students to explain programs and benefits.
Build trust and guide parents through the admission process.
4. Revenue Generation
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Focus on achieving monthly revenue targets through admissions and program enrollments.
5. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate leads through school contacts, references, and outreach activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with parents, students, and schools.
6. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and students for long-term growth.
Required Skills

Good presentation and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any stream
Experience in business development / admissions / sales preferred
