Dear Candidates,

We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Business Development Associate.

Qualification: Any

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Jogeswari (West)

Salary: 25k to 30k

Job Description:

Identify and approach housing societies, residential complexes, builders, and commercial properties
Fix meetings with Society Chairmen, Secretaries, Facility Managers, and Property Owners
Conduct cold calling, site visits, and walk-ins
Explain services such as terrace waterproofing, basement waterproofing, leakage repair, and external wall treatment
Coordinate with technical and sales teams for site inspections and proposals
Maintain daily activity and lead tracking reports
Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
Build long-term relationships with societies and repeat clients
Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits
