Industry: Architectural Consultancy
Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for industrial and commercial architectural projects.
Identify potential clients, developers, industries, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with design teams.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects.
Maintain project pipeline and business development reports.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Architecture/Civil Engineering preferred.
3+ years of experience in business development, construction, or architectural consultancy.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Knowledge of industrial and commercial project markets.
Key Objective:
