Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and business growth in the Pathankot and Gurdaspur Road region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales activities

• Meet potential customers and explain products/services clearly

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and local area mapping

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales (mandatory)

• Experience in Banking / Insurance sales preferred

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work in the field and meet customers daily

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of documentation and customer onboarding

• Must have a two-wheeler (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Loan, CASA, or Financial Services background

• Local area knowledge of Pathankot / Gurdaspur Road

• Immediate joiners preferred
