We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our presence in the Jalandhar (Lajpat Nagar) market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales within the banking or insurance sector and a strong ability to build and manage client relationships.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through field sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Promote banking and insurance products to prospective customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.
Plan and execute sales visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in banking or insurance.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of local market (Jalandhar – Lajpat Nagar)
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
