Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Field Sales)
Qualification: Graduate (Preferred) / 12th Pass with strong sales background

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and customer acquisition in Bathinda. The candidate must have minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the banking or insurance sector and should be comfortable with lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and local market activities

• Acquire new customers for banking/insurance products

• Meet clients, explain product features, and close sales

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/records

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals

• Participate in promotional activities and local campaigns

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Field sales experience in Banking/Insurance is mandatory

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation

• Local market knowledge of Bathinda preferred

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales (Banking/Insurance preferred)
✅ Candidate should be comfortable with traveling locally for sales
✅ Must have a positive attitude and target-driven mindset
✅ Two-wheeler preferred
