The Admission Officer advises students and parents on learning needs through structured counselling sessions, supports informed decision-making, and contributes to improved student outcomes and academic success.
Contribute to revenue generation by achieving assigned sales targets.
Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell educational courses to existing and prospective students.
Convert new and qualified leads into successful admissions to meet sales targets.
Maintain and update student information in the system for lead management and follow-ups.
Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed targets.
Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, policies, and compliance standards.
Ability to handle students and parents in an empathetic and patient manner.
Strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
Comfortable working with sales and service-related software.
Fluency in English and the regional language.
Strong customer orientation.
High sense of ownership and accountability.

Emotional intelligence and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Preferred qualifications: B.Tech, MBA, or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
