Key Responsibilities
· Market Research & Prospecting: Conducting research to find new markets, customer segments, and business trends.
· Will handle and seek and grow only new opportunities , new customer base
· Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new prospects and existing stakeholders
.Strategic Planning: Creating business plans to align with company goals, such as entering new markets
· Presentation , Sales & Negotiation: Pitching products/services and closing deals to increase revenue.
· Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
MBA in Marketing preferred
· Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, with 4-5 year experience
· Communication: Good English verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations.
· Negotiation & Closing: Ability to persuade and close profitable deals.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
· New revenue generated.
· Number of qualified leads and new opportunities created.
· Pipeline velocity and deal conversion rates.
