Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Sales Manager for our HoReCa business. The candidate will be responsible for fixing client meetings, visiting clients personally and closing deals for Urban Harvest’s dry fruits/products.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix meetings with potential HoReCa clients such as Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and Caterers.
- Visit clients personally for face-to-face meetings.
- Present and explain our dry fruits/products, quality and benefits.
- Understand the client's requirements and pitch the right products.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
- Good confidence during face-to-face client meetings.
- Experience in Field Sales / B2B / HoReCa Sales preferred.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to independently handle a client meeting from pitching to deal closure.
Key Requirement: Candidate must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings and closing deals. The main focus of this role is Meeting Fixing → Client Visit → Product Pitch → Deal Closure.
