Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager. The role involves generating leads, building institutional tie-ups, conducting presentations, and achieving sales targets in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.

• Visit colleges, universities, and institutes for partnerships and collaborations.

• Conduct presentations and seminars to promote industrial training and professional courses.

• Generate and convert leads into admissions/business closures.

• Build strong professional relationships with HODs, placement officers, and decision-makers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain follow-ups and update records regularly.

• Travel within assigned territories as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Graduation in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred for BDM role).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

• Willing to travel for field work.
