EARNING:₹2,50,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum

ROLE SYNOPSIS:As an MANAGER IN TRAINEE , you will be involved in various aspects of the business that includes the following activities:

Business to Business (B2B) Marketing

Face to Face interaction with clients

Training new team members

Team Management and LeadershipAs this is a role for fresh graduates, each Entrepreneur Trainee will be trained on a 1-on-1 basis in every department of our business over a 12- 18 months. Everyone will start at LEVEL 1 and progress into LEVEL 3 Management Position.

We are currently hiring 15 MANAGER IN TRAINEE at the ENTRY LEVEL and develop them into MANAGEMENT POSITIONS.

LEVEL-1 - Sales & Marketing (B2B Marketing)

LEVEL -2 - HRM and Team Building

LEVEL-3 - Business Operations
