Position Title: Business Development manager – Life Insurance & Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
Drive assigned targets by developing quality BA’s(Advisors)
Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targets.
Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Associates.
Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the Business associates
Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates
Set goals, review performance of BA’s
Channel Development
Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through direct sales and Agency model
Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads.
· Agency Channel Development
o Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors and leaders (APs/ADMs).
o Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards.
o Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and ensure field governance.
Market Intelligence
Gather and analyze competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies.
Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies.
