Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and open market activities.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, FD, mutual funds, loans, etc.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for business growth.
Achieve monthly CASA and revenue targets.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance process.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening.
Build strong networking with local market and corporate clients.
Regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
