This is a high-impact, Direct Sales role. You will be the "Execution Engine," responsible for aggressive market penetration. Your goal is to attract new business by tapping into the MSME ecosystem, leveraging banking referrals, and directly acquiring clients. This role requires a "hunter" mindset and the flexibility to travel whenever required to close high-value cases.
● New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new MSME clients for Business Loans and Working Capital. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.
● Multi-Channel Sourcing: Actively source business through Direct Cold Calling, Feet-on-Street activities, and Referral Networks (Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, and Industry Hubs).
● Bank & NBFC Ecosystem: Leverage existing relationships within the banking and private loan sectors to source "off-market" leads and balance transfer (BT) cases.
● Channel Management: Onboard and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Connectors to ensure a consistent flow of login volumes.
● Pipeline & Portfolio Management: Monitor the sales funnel to ensure high "File Conversion Ratios." Proactively resolve credit queries to minimize rejection rates.
● Market Mapping: Identify high-potential MSME clusters in and around Bangalore and execute localized sales strategies to capture market share.
● Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan files meet the strict documentation standards of our NBFC to ensure seamless processing by the Credit and Ops teams.
● Experience: 2–4 years in Banking Sales, NBFC, or Private Lending (specifically MSME/Business Loans).
● Expertise: Proven track record in "Hunting" roles, bringing in fresh files rather than just managing existing ones.
● Network: An existing active network of DSAs, Connectors, or MSME clients is highly preferred.
● Linguistic Proficiency: Tamil (Conversational) & Kannada (Fluent), English (Professional), Hindi (Plus), and any other languages.
● Age: 25 – 45 Years.
● Skills: High-level negotiation, target-oriented mindset, and proficiency in CRM tools.
● Schedule: 5 days of work. Weekends only if required.
● Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Based Incentives.
● Work Mode: Full-time office (HSR Layout). No Hybrid.
● Travel: Travel required for client meetings and business development.
● Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 15 days accepted).

● Leaves: Probation: 1 SL. Post-Probation: 1 SL + 1 EL per month.
