Drive student admissions by developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with parents, educational consultants, and local communities.
Plan and execute branding, promotional, and engagement activities to enhance school visibility.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support school growth.
Collaborate with the school leadership team to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
Manage and monitor the admission inquiry pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.
Coordinate school events, open houses, education fairs, and media campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, social media presence, and lead generation campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in business development, school admissions, or education marketing.
Prior experience in premium or CBSE/ICSE schools will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of the education market, parent engagement, and local demographics.
