Saraf Academy offers professional courses including ACCA, CMA, CIMA, CPA, IFRS and EA through online learning. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to handle Business Development as well as Placement Assistance.

1. Business Development

• Visit schools, colleges and universities to establish institutional tie-ups and arrange career seminars, workshops and awareness sessions.

• Build relationships with college/school management, faculty members and placement officers.

• Promote Saraf Academy's professional courses through seminars, meetings and institutional partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and follow-ups.

• Present Saraf Academy's courses and partnership opportunities to prospective institutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential institutional partners.

• Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

2. Placement Assistance

• Visit and approach private companies, MNCs, CA firms, accounting firms and other organizations to establish corporate tie-ups.

• Develop relationships with HRs, recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams to generate job and internship opportunities for Saraf Academy students.

• Understand company hiring requirements and identify suitable students for relevant positions.

• Coordinate job openings, interviews, recruitment drives and communication between companies and students.

• Regularly follow up with corporate partners for current and upcoming vacancies.

• Maintain a database of companies, job opportunities, student applications and placement outcomes.

• Build long-term corporate relationships to ensure continuous placement opportunities for students.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Placement or a similar role.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.

• Strong convincing ability and a target-oriented approach.

• Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting institutional and corporate clients.

• Experience in Education/EdTech, Recruitment or Professional Training will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of ACCA, CMA, CIMA, CPA, IFRS or EA will be an added advantage.

• Should be proactive, confident and capable of independently developing new relationships.
