फील्ड सेल्स बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट मैनेजर

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving non-school revenue at the Rocksport Experience Park.

The role focuses on generating bookings from corporates, communities, events, and direct customers, while also actively supporting client servicing and on-ground program execution.

The BDM will also drive revenue through a pre-planned annual event calendar and build a community funnel by converting park visitors into repeat participants through signups and engagement initiatives.

• Generate revenue through:

  • Corporate bookings (team outings, HR engagement programs)

  • Communities, clubs & associations (BNI, Rotary, etc.)

• LAMP & Promotions to generate footfall for events and celebrations (festivals, seasonal events, themed experiences)

• Do active outreach:

  • Corporate visits

  • Networking

  • Partnerships

• Build and manage relationships with:

  • HRs, community leaders, association members

• Drive lead generation, meetings, and closures

• Plan and execute on ground activations to promote park experiences and increase park footfall.

• Convert visitors into repeat customers through community signups and engagement initiatives

• For customised experiences having special requirements coordinate with vendors (F&B, décor, entertainment, trainers, transport, etc.)

• Participate in on-ground delivery operations of events and experiences to ensure good client experience

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred in Tourism or Hospitality

• 2–5 years experience in:

  • Business development

  • Sales in Amusement/ Day experiences / Malls / Events (Not from typical hotel sales/conferences/tours) / Club Membership in hospitality/ Banquets/ Any concept sales to corporate HR

Skills Required

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work on ground during events

Compensation

• ₹6 LPA
