Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand company presence.

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective solutions and proposals.

• Provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings based on client interactions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful delivery of client projects.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track sales and business development activities through CRM tools.

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and research abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the specific industry (e.g., IT, manufacturing, FMCG, real estate, etc.).

• Understanding of sales funnels and lead-generation strategies.
