Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
· Connect with potential clients and convert them into exhibitors
· Maintain and update client databases accurately
· Ensure all sales data is properly recorded and organized
· Follow up with clients for bookings and payments
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events
· Prepare reports and sales updates for management
· Support administrative tasks when required
· Maintain confidentiality of business and client information
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
· Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development (priority for exhibition industries experience )
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
· Target-oriented and self-motivated
Working Details:
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
· Shift: Day Shift
