We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at NOWFLOATS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for new business development, renewal and expansion of our existing/new contracts driving revenue growth.
● Identify additional renewal/upgrade opportunities for products and services.
● Generate accurate forecasts and sales activity reports as required.
● Present Products and Services to your client base to generate revenue growth.
● Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities as per the defined customer segments.
● Focus on customer retention to aid in the achievement of expected performance.
● Arrange and lead product demonstrations.
● Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
● Frequent communication of business reports including sales updates to your respective manager.
● Explore Cross-selling opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
