Due Diligence & Coordination
Coordinate with legal, technical, finance, and project teams for property evaluations.
Facilitate title verification, compliance checks, and documentation review.
Ensure all regulatory, zoning, and local authority norms are met.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, IPCs, and municipal bodies.
Attend industry meetups and networking events to expand sourcing channels.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain an updated MIS for property leads, site evaluations, and deal progress.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
Ensure accurate documentation for all site-related activities.
