Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager (Hospital & Diagnostics) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and expanding the client base across hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, and referral networks. The role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and consistent follow-ups to meet business targets while maintaining strong brand visibility in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporates for diagnostic and healthcare services.
Develop strategic business plans to expand market reach and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Initiate and maintain tie-ups with healthcare providers, wellness centers, insurance companies, and other medical networks.
Conduct field visits and corporate presentations to generate leads and promote diagnostic packages and hospital services.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals for patient referrals and partnerships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team for hospital branding, health camps, and promotional events.
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase patient footfall and service awareness.
Represent the organization at medical conferences, exhibitions, and community health programs.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Track business development activities, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team for decision-making.
