Job Description for BDM

Business Development Manager- Noida (Immediate Joining)

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

·        Selling services like Mobile & Web application etc. (for the US and Canada locations)

·        Should know the end to end process looking for leads.

·        Confident about handling sales navigator or manual LinkedIn approach.

·        Identifying Potential New Clients across the region of working i.e. AU/ UK or USA.

·        Creating bids and proposals.

·        Dealing with the clients online via Skype, phone calls or video conferencing.

·        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·        Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads (Leads will be provided).

·        Lead and drive business development initiatives to identify new government and corporate opportunities.

·        Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of government tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data, create compelling proposals, and complete bid documentation.

·         Manage online bidding platforms and ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

·        Lead and manage a diverse team of business development professionals and project managers.

·        Ensure the smooth execution of projects awarded through government tenders, coordinating with different departments for seamless project delivery.

Skills SET:

·        Proven experience as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist using Sales Navigator, Apolli.io.

·        Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.

·        Must have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the Digital Marketing and IT Industry.

·        Ability to identify client needs and deciding deliverables for the same.

·        Good command over written and spoken English.

·        Extrovert Personality

·        Experience in Digital industry a plus

·        Experience:  4+years

·        High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
