Job Title: Business Development Manager Software Sales

Location: Pune, Chandigarh, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹4,50,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in software sales. Candidates from retail software sales are preferred; however, professionals with experience in any software sales domain will be considered.

The role involves managing business development activities across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra & Chandigarh including client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software solutions

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closures

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends

• Travel within Pune and Maharashtra as required for client meetings

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in software sales (Retail software sales preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory

• Result-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth
