We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team [••Life Insurance Company••]. Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth within the agency channel.
Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Provide training and support to insurance agents to improve their sales effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
