Business Development Manager (BDM) | Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients
Drive business growth through lead generation and customer engagement
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales associates/partners
Conduct field activities, client meetings, and business development initiatives
Ensure high-quality customer service and policy support
Motivate and guide the team to improve productivity and performance
