
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can build and manage a strong team of insurance advisors and drive consistent business growth.
Develop and expand Agency Channel business in the assigned territory
Recruit quality Insurance Advisors and build a strong performing team
Provide on-field training, joint sales calls & continuous mentoring to advisors
Drive monthly premium targets through effective sales planning & execution
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved
Build long-term relationships with advisors to improve retention & activation
Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting & client conversion
Ensure high persistency ratio and renewal premium collection
Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS for branch review
Identify local market opportunities and implement growth strategies
