JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BDM

Designation: Business Development Manager

Location: Near City Pride Multiplex, Satara Road, Pune 411009.

Business Domain:

Architectural decorative textures & walling solutions for interior, exterior & landscape applications, catering for Project and Retail segments. The role involves engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Real Estate Developers, targeting customers across Builders, Institutional projects, Hospitality, Healthcare (Hospitals), Infrastructure, and allied sectors.

Qualification: Graduate Engineer or Equivalent & preferably with a Management Qualification

Experience: Not less than 7-10 years in segment or equivalent

Salary: CTC of Rs.8 Lacs but not restricted for the right candidate. Variable emoluments

/ Incentives beyond the above as per Company policy.

A. Activity Description:

• Market understanding & prospect profiling viz. Commercial & Residential Projects

• Engaging opinion makers viz. Architects & Designers through our vast product range and enhancing connect for projects

• Technical & concept selling in area of new product initiatives

• Managing Sales / Communication

• Managing Relationships

• Database management

• Travelling within Maharashtra and regions outside Pune.

B. Desired Skill Sets

• Good demonstrative leadership

• Good commercial acumen

• Good English/Hindi/Marathi communication

• Well versed in MS office

C. Desired Qualities

• Proactive

• Target Orientation

• Team player

Note: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license; ownership of a four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
