Key Responsibilities :-
· Identify new business opportunities
Research and analyse potential markets, sectors, customer segments, and strategic partners.
· Lead generation and pipeline management
Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, digital channels. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting revenue.
· Client acquisition and relationship building
Pitch to prospective clients, conduct meetings, understand client needs, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Account management / expansion
For existing clients, identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Strategic planning
Develop business development plans / strategies aligned with company goals. Monitor trends, competition, pricing, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Collaboration with internal teams
Work with Product / Marketing / Operations / Finance to tailor offerings, proposals; ensure smooth delivery to clients.
· Performance tracking and reporting
Set targets (monthly / quarterly / yearly), measure progress, prepare reports for senior management.
· Budgeting and forecasting
Prepare sales forecasts; manage budgets related to BD initiatives (travel, events, campaigns etc.).
· Brand representation
Represent Glodenswaan at conferences, seminars, industry events; build partnerships and maintain brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:-
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 5-8years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
