
Key Responsibilities Area : -
Ø Dealer/Franchisee Development : Identify, onboard, and nurture dealers/franchisees for LPG commercial sales in HORECA segment at district & Tehsil Level .
Ø Experienced Corporate/Project Sales/ Channel development : Leverage corporate sales/project sales experience to capture large accounts.
Ø Channel Development: Build and manage channel partners, ensure market coverage.
Ø Team Management: Lead a sales team (size varies by location), mentor, monitor performance, and ensure reporting (MIS, daily/weekly dashboards).
Ø Lead Conversion: Conduct outbound calling, set up meetings, and convert leads into dealers/franchisees.
Ø Market Analysis: Understand market temperament, competitor activity, and drive analytics-based strategies.
Ø Reporting: Provide accurate self-reporting to senior management and ensure timely submission of reports.
Required Qualifications
Ø Education: MBA / Any Graduate (preferably with a business focus).
Ø Experience: 6–12 years in Corporate Sales / Project Sales / Channel Development.
Ø Mobility: Must have own Bike/Car with a valid driving license.
Skills:
Ø Proven team leadership and management abilities.
Ø Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Proficient in Excel, Google sheet & MIS reporting.
Ø Ability to analyse market data and drive sales growth.
