Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating the leads through field marketing and lead closure. The ideal candidate should have proven experience from modular / interior inductor either residential or commercial sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets
Develop and execute timely plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Communicate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Work on daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly, targets
Ability to communicate, and coordinate to close the leads
Lead Generation: Generate leads related to modular furniture requirement through different sources.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication related to the product and project.
Lead Closure & Profit Generation: Follow up until the lead is closed and ensure profit generation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture, interior design, or a project-based industry.
