New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients (Small & Medium Businesses, Corporates, Shops, Showrooms) who have hiring requirements.
Field Sales: Conduct daily market visits and face-to-face meetings with business owners and HR managers to demonstrate the Job Hai app/platform.
Revenue Generation: Sell subscription packages and hiring plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.
Market Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears of the company; gather market insights and competitor activities to share with the product team.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Merchant Onboarding. (Experience in EdTech, Fintech, or HR-Tech is a plus).
Education: Any Graduate / MBA.
Communication: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language proficiency is a bonus).
Personality:
High energy and "Hustler" mindset.
Comfortable with a field-intensive role (traveling within the city is required).
Thick-skinned and resilient in facing rejections.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce/LeadSquared) and mobile applications.
