We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at D F Food Products. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall sales strategy for assigned territories • Lead and mentor BDOs & sales teams for achieving targets • Develop channel expansion plans (retail, parlors, institutional, franchise) • Analyse sales data, market trends & implement corrective actions • Build relationships with key distributors, franchise partners, and institutional clients • Work closely with senior management on business growth initiatives
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
