As a Recruitment & Development Manager, you'll drive growth of Kotak Life Insurance's agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of life advisors. You'll implement recruitment strategies, ensure comprehensive onboarding, and promote continuous development for sustained business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of Quality Advisors: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented candidates; showcase career prospects; conduct promotional activities
- Advisor Training & Development: Oversee training programs; mentor and motivate advisors; monitor performance and provide coaching
- Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement: Track sales activities and outcomes; support team to achieve objectives; drive sales through effective channel management
- Customer Centricity: Ensure advisors understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions; maintain high customer service standards
